Academic Office Manager

Welch College is seeking a qualified Christian individual to fill the role of Academic Office Manager. A bachelor’s degree and experience in a collegiate academic office environment is preferred but not required.

This is a twelve-month, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday). Pay and benefits will be commensurate with credentials and experience.

Duties include assisting the provost and registrar in serving faculty and students, through facilitation of faculty academic services and faculty personnel records, management of transcripts and student records, providing and coordinating technological, academic, and record keeping support, management of historical data, statistical reporting, management of various events such as registration and commencement, and other related matters.

Undergraduate Adjunct Spanish Teacher

Welch College invites applications for an adjunct teaching position in undergraduate beginning and intermediate Spanish language instruction. The College is seeking an energetic individual with the following goals and attributes:

  • Active member in good standing of an evangelical, Protestant church, with pastoral reference
  • Master’s degree in Spanish, Spanish Language or Spanish Education (or cognate field with at least 18 graduate hours in Spanish)
  • Undergraduate teaching experience preferred but not required
